Purpose: To support youth to be change-makers in Nova Scotia we are encouraging young people to partner with youth-serving organizations to create change in their communities! Being able to access community funds and support for community-based projects means that youth have the opportunity to contribute to their own communities, schools and neighbourhoods in the ways they feel are important.
